Why We Started
Lumière started from my own experience as a business owner.
Like many SMEs, I worked with external marketing support while managing the day-to-day. I trusted that the advice I received was right for me. But over time, I found it hard to understand what was actually being done, why it mattered, and whether it was really helping the business move forward.
The work often looked polished on the surface, but the direction wasn’t always clear. Reports were shared, yet progress felt difficult to grasp. When I asked questions, the answers sometimes added more complexity instead of clarity.
